    Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
    Order confirmation emails are sent upon successful order placement.
  4. Pricing & Payments
    All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
    We accept multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
    Vibing Nomad reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
  5. Shipping & Delivery
    Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
    Estimated delivery times vary from 5 to 15 days based on location.
    Vibing Nomad is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
    Shipping fees, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout.
  6. Returns & Refunds
    At Vibing Nomad, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have got you covered with our hassle-free return policy.
    Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Exclusions: Final sale items, and personalized/custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
    How to Return Initiate a Return: Contact our support team at info@vibingnomad.co.in to start your return process. Ship the Item: Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Processing Time: Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    Exchanges If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order while returning the original item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Exchange/ Replacement order will be delivered with in 5-7 business days.

    Refunds (if applicable) are credited to the original payment method within 7 days.
